Yesterday was a tabata class and oh man…sore today! I didnt run as far this morning because some of the sore muscles were muscles I need to run 🙂 Its good to get up and get moving though, I find it helps ease the stiffness but I usually dont go as far when sore muscles in my legs strike. I have 14 miles on tap for this weekend so I need to be cautious if I want to finish.
Good stretch after a run is always nice, with a puppy dog supervising of course. I have been wearing my compression socks more lately. My shins have been bothering me, I dont need another flare up of shin splints.
Short post today, there is a lot going on at work and I have to stay on top of my stuff 🙂
CHIME IN!! Do you still workout with sore muscles? Your job keep you busy all the time or just enough?
