I have made the decision to not go workout today.  Wednesday classes have been pretty challenging and with my race this weekend I just dont want to take a chance to having super sore muscles.  I am working on stretching out basically everything from now until race day.  Since my doctor basically told me Im a big pile of tight muscle mess, I really need to focus on loosening up.

Truth, Im not really sad about it.  These last few weeks I have been feeling burnt out from the gym and working out in general.  I think its frustration that certain areas of my body are seeing zero improvement.  I need to take a minute, refocus my energy and Ill be back at it probably next week.

On a totally different note it has been FREEZING in my office lately.  Usually when I wear today’s dress I dont wear tights.  Today I opted for tights because of said freezing office.  I still cant feel my fingers but at least my legs are warm 🙂
